We are a lawyer-run legal support, compliance and consultancy service with rich experience across a wide range of legal areas. Our team brings extensive and diverse professional backgrounds to practical document support, complaint handling, pre-action preparation and structured dispute resolution.
We help you understand your position in plain English, organise the evidence and respond with authority. For comparable early-stage work, we are typically cheaper than instructing a traditional solicitor, while still helping build robust material if the matter later needs formal legal representation.
Where you need reserved work or court representation, we can recommend a regulated solicitor and continue supporting the background work on facts, chronology and drafts.
Watch: what we do
About us
We are specialists in defamation, agricultural law, family law, property law and equestrian law, alongside practical consumer and contract dispute support.
What we offerMonthly support for businesses
This is intended as a monthly retainer for businesses that want complaints and recurring disputes dealt with properly without losing internal time. We can handle the complaint every step of the way, from the first customer message through to evidence gathering, response drafting, settlement positioning and escalation decisions.
That might mean dealing with a customer returning goods, a service complaint, unpaid fees, a supplier issue or a matter that needs a firmer pre-action response. Your team can stay focused on the work that matters most.
What we offer
We focus on proportionate steps, clear drafting and instructions you can rely on. For businesses, that is usually delivered as a bespoke dispute resolution service on a monthly rolling basis, with scope tailored to you; other clients can still discuss how we might help on their facts.

How it worksQuick pointers only—not legal advice. If in doubt, we are still happy to have a short chat.
Two easy questions. We will suggest a sensible next step—usually that is talking to us about letters, complaints or getting your ducks in a row before anyone mentions court.
Is this a consumer issue, contract disagreement, complaint or pre‑action paperwork you want help with?
We work across these matters broadly, with equine and agricultural matters as one of our specialities—yard, livery, sales and professional fees sit in that bucket too, but you do not need a “horsey” problem to talk to us.
Where are you in the story?
Most people we help are trying to sort things sensibly: clearer letters, complaints answered, a timeline or a calmer conversation before anyone escalates.
That sits squarely within the work we take on
We routinely help with correspondence and complaints, with organising facts and chronology on paper, and with keeping engagement proportionate—usually with a view to resolution before matters escalate. Please review our pricing and services and read a little about how we work, then contact us when you would like to arrange a short introductory call to discuss your situation and next steps.
Still worth a conversation
Uncertainty is normal. A short, no‑pressure introductory call often clarifies whether we are a good fit—and if you need a solicitor instead, we will say so plainly.
If your solicitor is already steering the court case
Then they need to lead on strategy and hearings. We do not step into their shoes for that. We can sometimes still help behind the scenes with drafts or a tidy chronology for you to share with them.
If you are not sure whether you are truly at that stage yet, tap start again—most people are earlier than they think.
We might not be the right first port of call
Our sweet spot is unreserved consumer and contract disputes, complaints and pre‑action documents. If your issue sits outside that, another adviser or a regulated solicitor may be a better match. If you are on the fence, you are still welcome to read what we do—plenty of problems sit in the grey area.
