Build practical legal support with a small, focused team

Resolutor Legal Support is growing its team of people who can turn legal information, evidence and correspondence into clear, usable documents for clients under pressure.

The work

Plain English, careful detail, real disputes

Much of our work is delivered to business clients on bespoke dispute resolution retainers that run monthly on a rolling basis. You will see consumer, contract, property, agricultural, family, defamation and equestrian matters, with practical documents and complaint handling at the centre.

Training

You do not need to arrive as a qualified lawyer

01

Learn the model

Structured onboarding on unreserved legal information, document support and the boundaries of the role.

02

Work with frameworks

Coaching on letters before action, complaint responses, chronologies, evidence packs and client updates.

03

Build judgment

Support to recognise risk, write plainly, organise facts and spot when a matter needs a regulated solicitor.

Who fits

Good writing matters more than a perfect CV

Experience or interest in consumer disputes, equestrian matters, agricultural issues, sensitive family law, property disputes or defamation and reputation work is helpful, but not essential. Attitude, reliability and calm attention to detail matter more.

  • Writes clearly and avoids unnecessary legal language
  • Handles sensitive facts without losing structure
  • Can empathise with people under stress
  • Enjoys evidence, timelines and practical problem solving

Apply

Send a CV and a short covering letter

One side of A4 is enough. Use the same contact channel you would use for client enquiries and mark it Careers, trainee adviser. If you do not have a direct address, ask for an introduction through a mutual contact, as described in our site footer.

Good to know

We will discuss pay, hours, holiday and working pattern at interview and confirm terms in any written offer, in line with applicable statutory minima and holiday requirements.

What we are and are not

Resolutor Legal Support is an independent legal advisory service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide reserved legal services and we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This role supports that model; it does not qualify you automatically for reserved work or for use of the title “solicitor”.
